nah they’ve used that for a long time
The term itself has existed for a while, yeah, but I’ve noticed recently that nobody calls themself truscum anymore, now it’s always “transmed” and I feel like it’s a semi-conscious decision to not use such an aggressive-sounding term so they seem more “reasonable”
And also transmedicalism is genuinely making a huge comeback thanks to this nonsense and 15 year old aphobes realizing that they can hate trans people too is hell defined
